Infosys has completed the acquisition of Lodestone Holding AG, a Zurich-based management consultancy, adding more than 750 consultants and roughly 200 clients. The deal strengthens Infosys's management consulting and SAP-enabled transformation capabilities and expands its presence in continental Europe, particularly in industries such as manufacturing, automotive and life sciences.
