(NYSE:EEX) has acquired all assets of Lodestone Events, the producer of the Overland Expo consumer event series, bringing Lodestone employees and founders into Emerald’s management. The deal expands Emerald’s portfolio into consumer lifestyle events and complements its Outdoor Retailer B2B trade-show business to accelerate growth in the outdoor recreation market.

Invenio Business Solutions Acquires LSI Consulting
