Applications Software Technology (AST), a US-based enterprise solutions provider, has acquired Symatrix, a United Kingdom-based Oracle HCM, ERP and SCM cloud consulting and outsourced payroll provider. The deal expands AST’s Oracle Cloud capabilities and provides a UK/European presence to accelerate AST’s global expansion while Symatrix’s leadership and team will remain in place to grow the combined customer base.
