IBM Acquires StreamSets and webMethods from Software AG

IBM agreed to acquire StreamSets and webMethods, Software AG’s Super iPaaS enterprise platforms, for €2.13 billion in cash. The deal strengthens IBM’s watsonx data ingestion and hybrid cloud integration capabilities by adding data ingestion, integration and API management technologies and their recurring-revenue customer bases.
