Accenture Acquires OPENSTREAM HOLDINGS

Accenture has acquired Japan-based OPENSTREAM HOLDINGS and its subsidiaries Open Stream and Neutral to strengthen its cloud, data, AI and Industry X capabilities in Japan. The deal, terms undisclosed, adds approximately 1,000 cloud and digital experts and brings systems-integration, low-code platform and manufacturing/automotive-focused capabilities to Accenture's offerings.

BMC Acquires StreamWeaver

Amagi Acquires Streamwise

The deal integrates MasterStream's quoting capabilities (which process roughly 500,000 quotes monthly) into Connectbase's Industry Cloud for Connectivity and grows Connectbase's marketplace ecosystem; FOCUS Investment Banking advised MasterStream on the sale.
