Argano, a global specialist consultancy and portfolio company of Trinity Hunt Partners, has acquired HyBridge Solutions, a cloud-focused consulting firm specializing in workforce management (WFM), human capital management (HCM) and cloud ERP implementations. The add-on expands Argano's healthcare expertise and performance consulting capabilities while bolstering its UKG and Infor platform offerings and managed services.

OutSolve, a Metairie, Louisiana-based affirmative action consulting firm, has acquired HudsonMann, a South Carolina-based firm specializing in affirmative action compliance and HR training. The acquisition expands OutSolve’s capabilities and geographic footprint—bringing experienced HudsonMann staff and its roster of roughly 600 client organizations into OutSolve’s platform as the company continues a multi-year roll-up strategy.

Bates Group, a U.S. financial services consulting firm, has acquired CorCom LLC, an AML/financial-crimes compliance consultancy based in Spartanburg, South Carolina. The acquisition brings CorCom’s certified AML team and capabilities into Bates to expand its AML, BSA/OFAC, licensing and training offerings for banks, fintechs, cryptocurrency firms and MSBs.
