Neutral Connect Networks (NCN), backed by M/C Partners, has acquired DAS Communications and 5 Bars to create a national neutral-host wireless infrastructure operator. M/C Partners committed up to $30 million to fund NCN's expansion; terms of the all-cash transactions were not disclosed.
