Net at Work, a Lovell Minnick–backed managed services provider, has acquired Kansas-based Network Computer Solutions (NCS) to expand its Midwest footprint and strengthen its managed services capabilities. The deal also transfers NCS's Nterfuse software platform to Net at Work, preserving service continuity for Nterfuse customers while providing broader support and access to Net at Work's cybersecurity, cloud, ERP and national managed services infrastructure.

The acquisition expands ePlus' engineering, sales, and service delivery capabilities in the broadband service provider end-market; financial terms were not disclosed.
