CCC Intelligent Solutions, a cloud platform provider for the P&C insurance economy, has signed a definitive agreement to acquire EvolutionIQ for $730 million. BGM Group Ltd completed its acquisition of the intelligent platform of AIX Inc for AI intelligent technology and financial/insurance services capabilities. The acquisition includes AIX’s subsidiaries RONS Intelligent Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd. and Shenzhen Xinbao Investment Management Co., Ltd., and BGM expects completion of the integration to support “healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and insurance” growth.
Panasonic Corporation agreed to acquire the remaining 80% stake in Blue Yonder from New Mountain Capital and funds managed by Blackstone for USD5.6 billion (USD7.1 billion including repayment of outstanding debt), valuing Blue Yonder at USD8.5 billion.
