TeamViewer Acquires 1E from Carlyle for $720M

TeamViewer has agreed to acquire London-based Digital Employee Experience (DEX) software provider 1E from Carlyle Europe Technology Partners for an enterprise value of US$720 million. The deal, which is expected to close in early 2025 subject to regulatory approvals, brings TeamViewer a leading SaaS DEX platform (c.300 employees, US$77m ARR as of Sept 2024) to expand its intelligent endpoint management and digital workplace capabilities.
