Investis Digital Acquires Microserve

Investis Digital has acquired Microserve, a Bristol-based Drupal development firm of 24 employees, to strengthen its web development, UX and site support capabilities. The bolt-on deal (financial terms undisclosed) expands Investis Digital’s U.K. footprint and is its third acquisition since ECI Partners invested, with Microserve’s management joining the Investis organization to support integration.

Buske Logistics Acquires Strategic Warehousing

Buske Logistics, a portfolio company of Fourshore Partners, has acquired Strategic Warehousing, LLC, a contract logistics provider based in Eagan, Minnesota. The add-on expands Buske's food-and-beverage warehousing capabilities—particularly in confectionery—and grows its network in the Twin Cities with three sites totaling 225,000 square feet.

WiMi Hologram Cloud Acquires Majority Stake in MicroAlgo Inc.

WiMi Hologram Cloud Inc. increased its stake in MicroAlgo Inc. (NASDAQ: MLGO) to 67.65%, acquiring a controlling interest and committing all currently owned MicroAlgo shares to a ten-year lock-up. WiMi said it has no plans to sell the shares and made the move to stabilize market expectations; the company detailed the composition of its holdings in MicroAlgo and reiterated its long-term commitment.

Mullen Group Acquires International Warehousing & Distribution Inc.

Mullen Group Ltd. has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire International Warehousing & Distribution Inc. (IWD), a Mississauga-based customs sufferance warehousing and import/export delivery provider serving the Greater Toronto Area. The acquisition expands Mullen Group's logistics and warehousing footprint in the Greater Toronto Area and eastern Canada; IWD founder Steve Cox will remain during the transition period.
