Buske Logistics, a portfolio company of Miami-based private equity firm Fourshore Partners, has acquired Hydra Warehouse and Transportation. The acquisition adds Hydra's five warehouses (approximately 1.5 million square feet) in the Louisville/southern Indiana area, expanding Buske's 3PL warehousing and transportation capabilities in the bourbon and food processing end markets.

Wind Point Partners Acquires Buske Lines Inc.

Chicago-based private equity firm Wind Point Partners has acquired Buske Lines Inc., a contract warehousing and supply chain services provider serving food, beverage and CPG customers. Wind Point is partnering with Buske management (led by CEO Nick Heinz), which retains a meaningful ownership stake, to invest in technology, infrastructure and organic and M&A-driven growth across the company’s 37 facilities in the U.S. and Canada.

Source Logistics Acquires LaGrou Distribution Warehousing Business

Source Logistics has acquired LaGrou Distribution's warehousing business in Northeast Illinois, adding eight Chicago-area facilities and over 2 million square feet of refrigerated and frozen storage to its platform. The deal expands Source Logistics' national network into the Midwest (bringing its footprint to 23 locations and 5+ million sq ft) and introduces cold-chain capabilities to its service offering; LaGrou's non-warehousing and transportation divisions remain with prior owners.

STOK Acquires BEWI's Packaging Trading Business (BEWI Food)

STOK, a portfolio company of A&M Capital Europe (AMCE), has entered into a binding agreement to acquire BEWI's trading business ("BEWI Food"), a leading distributor of food packaging in Norway and Iceland. The deal is STOK's first add-on since AMCE's April 2024 investment and is intended to create a leading packaging distributor across Denmark, Norway, Iceland and Greenland, with combined pro forma sales of ~€190m in 2024.

Stord Acquires Ware2Go from UPS

Stord has acquired Ware2Go, the UPS-founded e-commerce fulfillment business, adding 21 fulfillment centers and approximately 2.5 million square feet of capacity to its network. The deal expands Stord's WMS/OMS/CX technology footprint, strengthens its partnership with UPS, and significantly increases its U.S. fulfillment reach for DTC and B2B customers.
