Spectral Capital Corporation (OTCQB:FCCN) has completed the acquisition of Node Nexus Co. LLC, a developer of decentralized edge and hybrid cloud solutions integrated with quantum computing technology. Spectral issued 40,000,000 common shares to acquire 100% of Node Nexus, which will be rebranded as Vogon Cloud and bring an IP portfolio, over 10 MOUs with governments, and a ~20-person quantum engineering team to Spectral's Quantum as a Service offerings.

Spectral Capital Corporation (OTC: FCCN) completed the acquisition of 42 Telecom Ltd., acquiring 100% of the outstanding shares in exchange for 8 million shares of Spectral common stock (with an additional 8 million shares placed in escrow). The deal includes a contractual guarantee of at least $16 million in profitable revenue for fiscal 2025 and will integrate Spectral's AI and quantum IP into 42's messaging infrastructure to accelerate product capability and U.S. enterprise expansion.

The purchase brings Quantum Circuits' error-corrected dual-rail superconducting gate-model qubit technology and team (including co-founder Dr. Rob Schoelkopf) into D-Wave to accelerate a dual-platform roadmap and advance an initial gate-model system targeted for 2026.
