Propertybase has acquired Cross Media, LLC, the producer of Unify, a mortgage-focused business growth platform that provides CRM, LOS integrations, marketing automation and a mobile app. The deal expands Propertybase’s real estate software suite into the mortgage vertical to deliver end-to-end solutions across the customer journey; financial terms were not disclosed.

Unisys Acquires Unify Square for $152.5 Million

The deal bolsters Unisys’ digital workplace and UCaaS capabilities by integrating Unify Square’s PowerSuite software and managed services into Unisys’ digital workplace solutions offering.

Accenture Acquires Unlimited to Bolster CRM and Customer Relevance Capabilities
