NUSO, a US-based cloud communications and CPaaS provider, has acquired UK-based I-Net Communications Group Limited to establish a native UK footprint and expand its Cloud Communications and CPaaS enablement portfolio. The deal will enable UK customers to access NUSO service lines including NUSO Bridge for Microsoft Teams and Zoom and adds contact centre, voice, SIP trunking and Cloud PBX capabilities to NUSO's offering.

Corporate Technologies, a national managed service provider based in Eden Prairie, Minnesota, has acquired NuMSP, an MSP serving small and mid-sized businesses, expanding Corporate Technologies' national footprint to 16 markets across eleven states. The deal, facilitated by IT ExchangeNet, enhances service capabilities (including 24x7 NOC and SOC) for NuMSP clients and is Corporate Technologies' first acquisition since being acquired by Tonka Bay Equity Partners in July 2023.

USU GmbH Acquires SaaS Management Provider saasmetrix

USU GmbH has acquired saasmetrix, a Bielefeld-based SaaS management software provider, to strengthen and expand its SaaS management platform. The transaction was supported by private equity firm Thoma Bravo and will integrate saasmetrix’s automation, discovery and license-optimization capabilities into USU’s portfolio to drive cost reduction, transparency and enhanced security for customers.
