AnswerNet, a Willow Grove, Pennsylvania-based BPO and call center services provider, acquired Quality Contact Solutions (QCS) and its subsidiary QCS At Home, with the deal finalized December 31, 2021. The acquisition strengthens AnswerNet’s telemarketing, outbound/inbound and compliance capabilities; AnswerNet retained QCS employees and appointed Chris Grothe to oversee the business.
