Netgain Acquires SuperSync (SCS Cloud's NetSuite Applications Business)

Netgain has acquired SuperSync, the NetSuite applications business previously operated by SCS Cloud, expanding Netgain's NetSuite-native accounting and integration capabilities. The deal transfers the SuperSync product suite — which offers NetSuite integrations for e-commerce, 3PL/fulfillment, CRM, Outlook, procurement and approvals — to Netgain while SCS Cloud will continue its implementation and consulting services.

Smartronix Acquires C2S Consulting Group

Smartronix, an OceanSound Partners company, has acquired C2S Consulting Group, a Herndon, Virginia-based cloud solutions provider. The acquisition adds more than 50 technical staff, expands Smartronix's cloud capabilities and client footprint into the U.S. Intelligence Community and Department of Homeland Security, and places C2SCG leaders into Smartronix leadership roles; financial terms were not disclosed.
