    Improving, a Texas-based digital services and consulting firm, has acquired Leniolabs, a software development company that leverages nearshore talent in Chile and Argentina and operates a development center in Spain. The acquisition establishes Improving’s presence in South America, is expected to push Improving’s annualized revenue above $265 million, and will keep Leniolabs’ leadership team in place to continue growing the business.
