Blue Mantis, a PE‑backed managed services and cybersecurity provider, has acquired Colligio, a Cisco‑focused unified communications, networking and security solutions firm headquartered in Walpole, Massachusetts. The acquisition launches a new Collaboration/Unified Communications Practice led by Colligio founder Sean Kelley and expands Blue Mantis’ collaboration, networking and Cisco capabilities across its Northeast client base.
