Ciena has announced a definitive agreement to acquire Nubis Communications in an all-cash deal valued at $270 million. The acquisition is intended to expand Ciena’s data center connectivity portfolio with Nubis’ high-performance optical and electrical interconnect technologies for AI workloads.
Wipro Limited has entered into an agreement to acquire the Digital Transformation Solutions (DTS) business unit of HARMAN, a Samsung company. The deal will bring over 5,600 DTS employees into Wipro across the Americas, Europe, and Asia and is expected to close by December 31, 2025, subject to regulatory approvals.
