Daida Acquires Foveonics Document Solutions

Daida, a national business process services and enterprise content management provider, announced it is acquiring Foveonics Document Solutions, a New Jersey-based provider of document scanning, digital records outsourcing, and ECM solutions for state and local governments. The deal adds Foveonics’ DocumentSync cloud platform and government-focused leadership talent to Daida’s national government services practice.
