System One announced its acquisition of Pathfinder, LLC, an independent provider of outsourced project management consulting and training for capital projects in critical infrastructure sectors. Pathfinder will operate as a System One company, with Steve Cabano, the current owner, remaining in place as President. Terms were not disclosed.
