    Caltius Structured Capital completed a debt and equity investment in Kognitiv, Inc. to provide growth capital and fund a shareholder dividend. Kognitiv, a Newton, Massachusetts–based Workday consulting and managed-services provider with a proprietary scheduling tool (Rooster) and more than 150 consultants, will use the capital to scale its services and software platform.
