TRG Acquires Vista Technology Support

TRG, a managed services provider for enterprise endpoints and a portfolio company of Gemspring Capital, has acquired Vista Technology Support, a specialist in technology field services and support across the UK and Ireland. The deal is intended to expand TRG’s field services and help desk capabilities in Europe, particularly across the UK and Ireland. Terms were not disclosed.
