Evergreen Services Group, a PE-backed MSP consolidator backed by Alpine Investors, acquired Digital Boardwalk, a Pensacola, Florida–based managed services provider. The purchase marks Evergreen’s 100th add-on in its roll-up strategy, continuing a decentralized "hold forever" model focused on retaining local leadership and recurring revenue streams.

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has acquired Coastal (formerly Coastal Cloud), a Palm Coast, Florida–based Salesforce, data and AI consultancy, from Sverica Capital Management for $700 million. The deal brings Coastal's ~600+ professionals and Salesforce-led transformation capabilities into TCS's global platform to strengthen TCS's Salesforce and AI-led services while retaining Coastal's brand and operating model.

Corporate Technologies, a national managed IT and cybersecurity provider based in Eden Prairie, Minnesota, has acquired Cloud Compliance Solutions, LLC, a cloud and virtual desktop solutions provider serving the SMB market. The deal expands Corporate Technologies' cloud capabilities (branded as Cloud Advantage) and extends its footprint into the Cleveland and Miami service markets.

Entech, a Florida-based managed IT, AI, and cybersecurity services provider (backed by Prospect Partners), has acquired LAN Infotech, an award-winning IT services and Microsoft Cloud provider headquartered in Fort Lauderdale. The acquisition expands Entech’s footprint across South Florida and adds managed services, next-generation cybersecurity, and vertical expertise in legal, healthcare, and nonprofit markets.

Ntiva, a McLean, Virginia-based managed IT services provider, has acquired Site Tech Services, a Tampa-based MSP with deep expertise serving automotive dealerships. Site Tech's president, Mark DiGregorio, will become Market President for Ntiva's automotive vertical as the firms integrate to expand Ntiva's specialist offerings in the automotive dealership market.

Grant Thornton Advisors LLC has completed its acquisition of Auxis, a nearshore outsourcing and business-modernization firm, bringing over 1,400 professionals and expanded automation and shared-services capabilities into Grant Thornton's advisory platform. The deal strengthens Grant Thornton Advisors' multinational advisory offering across the United States, Costa Rica and Colombia and bolsters its capabilities in AI, intelligent automation and tech-enabled shared services.

26North Partners LP has completed the acquisition of AVI‑SPL, a global leader in audio-visual (AV) and unified communications (UC) technologies that serves over 86% of the Fortune 100. The transaction brings AVI‑SPL into 26North’s private equity portfolio; Silver Point Capital Direct Lending led the debt financing and both sides were advised by legal and financial advisors.

IT Solutions, a Philadelphia-area managed service provider, has acquired Cutting Edge Network Technologies, a Maitland, Florida-based IT service provider. The deal strengthens IT Solutions' presence in the Southeast—particularly the Greater Orlando area—and expands its capacity to serve regulated industries such as healthcare, financial services, and legal; financial terms were not disclosed.

Techy, a global device repair and smart-device services franchise, has acquired NerdsToGo, a U.S.-based IT support franchise that provides on-site and remote managed IT services for homes and small businesses. The deal expands Techy's global footprint to over 250 locations, adds IT expertise and managed services capabilities, and will allow NerdsToGo to continue operating under its brand while accessing Techy's marketing, franchise software, and business support resources.

Dynamic Quest, a Greensboro-based managed IT and cybersecurity services provider, has acquired NetOne Technologies, a Boca Raton MSP with over 25 years serving small and mid-sized businesses. The acquisition expands Dynamic Quest’s footprint into South Florida and gives NetOne clients access to Dynamic Quest’s 24x7 help desk, full‑stack cybersecurity (MDR, SIEM/SOC, BCDR) and AI-enhanced client experience platform.

Bluewave Technology Group has acquired TruPoint Technology Solutions, a Central Florida-based technology consulting firm founded by John Berardi. The acquisition expands Bluewave's Southeast presence and strengthens its unified communications (UCaaS/CCaaS) and managed services capabilities; TruPoint's founder John Berardi will join Bluewave as Managing Partner.

Bits In Glass (BIG), an Edmonton-based consulting firm, has acquired US-based digital solutions provider Omnico to strengthen its CRM and workflow automation capabilities. Omnico's founder Barney Holmes will join BIG as Senior Vice President of CRM as the team integrates to expand service delivery across manufacturing, healthcare and financial services clients.

Fibernow, a South Florida fiber broadband and business services provider, has acquired Wavetechs, a boutique managed service provider (MSP). The acquisition (closed in Q1) integrates Wavetechs' team, product suite, and customer base into Fibernow Business to add managed IT, network security, endpoint protection, cloud backup and on-site support to Fibernow's fiber and hosted-voice offerings.

Accordion, a financial consulting firm focused on private equity, has acquired the Salesforce consulting division of Kavaliro. The divestiture allows Kavaliro to streamline operations and concentrate on its Workforce Solutions and Federal Defense businesses.

Amplix, a Gemspring Capital-backed technology advisory platform, acquired GlobalNet Communications, a Fort Myers-based trusted advisor for data, voice and cloud solutions. The deal — Amplix's tenth since launching the platform in 2022 — expands Amplix’s presence and capabilities in Florida; terms were not disclosed.

Armanino has acquired Complete Business Solutions (CBS), a Boca Raton–based ERP and technology consulting firm, adding deep ERP and Microsoft Dynamics expertise to Armanino’s Strategy and Transformation practice. The deal expands Armanino’s presence in Florida and gives CBS clients access to Armanino’s broader tax, consulting and AI-enabled technology services.

Presidio, a technology services and solutions provider, has acquired a majority stake in Contender Solutions, an Elite ServiceNow partner. The deal expands Presidio's ServiceNow consulting, implementation and managed-services capabilities to better support customers' IT operations and platform consumption.

CrossCountry Consulting has acquired SCS Cloud to expand its NetSuite and cloud-based ERP capabilities. The acquisition brings SCS Cloud’s team of 100+ NetSuite specialists into CrossCountry, strengthening its ERP services and expanding its presence in Florida and the U.K.

The 20 MSP (The 20) has acquired iCoreIT, the healthcare-focused managed IT services division of iCoreConnect (NASDAQ: ICCT), in an asset sale that transfers the division's employees to The 20. The deal expands The 20 MSP's capabilities and presence in the healthcare and dental markets; Pinecrest Capital Partners advised The 20, and Sunflower Bank provided a syndicated credit facility for the transaction.

Globant has acquired Exusia, a U.S.-based IT services and AI/data engineering firm, to bolster its data, AI, cloud migration and analytics capabilities and expand its presence in North America and into South Africa. Exusia's founder Trevor Silver and the company's team will remain with Globant following the acquisition.

Globant has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Blankfactor, a Miami-based IT services consulting firm specializing in payments, banking, and capital markets. The deal — which is subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals — brings more than 450 technology professionals and deep cloud, data engineering and enterprise AI capabilities into Globant to bolster its Payments and Financial Services offerings in North America.

EPAM Systems has acquired NEORIS, a Miami‑headquartered advanced technology consultancy with ~4,700–4,800 professionals, from funds managed by Advent International and Cemex. The transaction expands EPAM's nearshore and Latin America delivery capabilities and broadens its offerings across digital transformation, SAP, data & analytics, and AI for clients in manufacturing, banking, retail and other industries; the deal closed Nov. 1, 2024 (initial agreement announced Sept. 4, 2024).

Acumen Information Systems has acquired Dynavistics, a Microsoft business solutions reseller, to expand Acumen’s cloud portfolio and add Microsoft Business Central capabilities. The deal brings Dynavistics’ team and mid-market distribution and professional services clients into Acumen’s ERP/CRM and cloud services offering.

Mill Point Capital has acquired a majority stake in iQor, a global managed services and customer engagement BPO provider headquartered in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. The partnership will support iQor's growth plans—including AI-enabled customer experience capabilities and operational improvements—and the deal was signed in May 2024 and completed in June 2024.

P3 Systems Inc. has acquired Triton Datacom and Triton Datacom Online to expand its network-hardware portfolio, digital footprint and national asset-recovery capabilities. The deal adds Triton's online presence and product lines (Triton historically generated about $16M in annual revenue) to P3's existing networking solutions and equipment-lifecycle business.

Barcoding, Inc., a Graham Partners‑backed supply chain automation company, entered into a merger agreement to combine with DecisionPoint Systems, a mobility-first provider of POS and in‑store managed services headquartered in Delray Beach, Florida. The deal—an add-on acquisition to Barcoding’s platform—expands Barcoding’s offerings into point-of-sale technologies and establishes a broader national footprint across retail, supply chain and hospitality markets.

Gamut Capital Management, in partnership with the Doyle family, signed a definitive agreement to acquire DEX Imaging from Staples, Inc. The transaction returns ownership to the DEX founding family and positions the company for national expansion through organic growth and strategic acquisitions under Gamut's stewardship; financial terms were not disclosed.

Integris, a PE-backed national managed IT services provider, has acquired Network People, a Tampa, Florida-based MSP with a mature security practice. The add-on expands Integris' footprint into Florida (bringing it to 11 states) and adds talent and security capabilities; financial terms were not disclosed. Integris is backed by Chicago-based private equity firm Frontenac.

Wipro Limited has made a significant investment to become the majority shareholder in Aggne, a consulting and managed services firm focused on property & casualty (P&C) insurance and the Duck Creek platform. The deal expands Wipro's insurance consulting and managed-services capabilities, providing Aggne with Wipro's global scale, investments in AI, and broader market access.

Evergreen Services Group has acquired i-Tech Support, a Central Florida managed service provider and Acumatica resell partner. i-Tech will operate independently within Evergreen's ERP partner portfolio, Pine Services Group, with the deal positioned as a permanent-home acquisition that supports founder succession and growth.

An affiliate of H.I.G. Capital has completed the acquisition of Mainline Information Systems, a Tallahassee-headquartered IT solutions provider led by CEO Jeff Dobbelaere. H.I.G. plans to support Mainline's growth through organic initiatives and further acquisitions while the existing management team remains in place.

UPSTACK has acquired Progressive Communications Management Inc. (PCM), a Fort Lauderdale-based technology services advisory firm; terms were not disclosed. PCM co-founders Bob Matthews and David Weisenberg will join UPSTACK as Partners and Managing Directors. The deal brings PCM's cloud, network, cybersecurity and managed services advisory capabilities onto UPSTACK's digital infrastructure platform as an add-on to accelerate growth and expand service coverage.

Amplix, a Gemspring Capital-backed technology advisory and managed services platform, acquired substantially all assets of M.J.M. ENTERPRISES, LLC (dba nQuery Communications), a Miami-based technology advisory firm. The add-on expands Amplix’s presence and capabilities in Florida across unified communications, connectivity, contact center and managed security services; terms were not disclosed.

Private equity firm FVLCRUM Funds has completed the acquisition of Advanced IT Concepts, Inc. (AITC), a Winter Springs, Florida-based IT systems integrator and federal government contractor specializing in cybersecurity and systems engineering. FVLCRUM intends to use AITC as a platform to build scale in cybersecurity and IT systems integration for government and DoD customers, supporting accelerated growth and expanded capabilities.

CGI has acquired Momentum Consulting, a Miami-based technology services firm specializing in data & analytics, digital transformation and application modernization. The acquisition strengthens CGI's presence in the Miami market and expands its local delivery capabilities and recurring-services client base.

Evergreen, a San Francisco-based holding company for managed IT services and software businesses, has made a strategic investment in Alliance Solutions Group, a Sarasota-based Sage partner and reseller specializing in Sage Intacct and Sage CRE. Alliance will continue to operate independently within Evergreen’s Pine Services Group platform, with Managing Partner Mike Griffith remaining in place to help accelerate market expansion and enhance its Alliance Connects consulting-as-a-service offering.

Apps Associates acquired Emtec's Oracle-focused business unit, Emtec Global Services LLC, to deepen its Oracle Cloud and PeopleSoft capabilities and expand its client portfolio across healthcare, technology, and energy & utilities. The deal expands Apps Associates' Oracle expertise and increases its global delivery capacity through the addition of Emtec's Oracle services team.

Entech, a Fort Myers-based managed technology and cybersecurity provider, has completed the acquisition of IT Solutions (ITS) Group of Bradenton. The deal expands Entech's Florida footprint (including Orlando) and enables founders Gary and Mary Hebert to step away while integrating ITS's team into the combined organization of roughly 90 employees serving 300+ businesses.

Flowolf has acquired SalesWon, a ServiceNow-native CRM/CPQ application provider, effective June 23. The deal brings SalesWon's product suite and team into Flowolf to expand its ServiceNow-focused application portfolio and accelerate CRM/CPQ and custom App Engine capabilities.

The Vistria Group announced a strategic investment in Tampa-based MGT Solutions, a tech-led managed services firm serving state, local and educational agencies, philanthropic organizations, and Fortune 500 clients. The investment will support MGT's organic growth and acquisitions, expand sales and marketing, convert legacy offerings into SaaS, and broaden product and service capabilities.

AD Solutions, a workplace technology provider headquartered in Orlando, Florida, has acquired Core Imaging USA, an office equipment dealership and managed IT/VOIP provider with offices in Longwood and Tampa, Florida. The deal expands AD Solutions' geographic presence in the Tampa area and broadens its offerings in managed IT, VOIP, and document management services.

UPSTACK, a digital infrastructure advisory platform, has acquired The Monaco Group (TMG), an enterprise technology advisory firm based in Boca Raton, Florida. TMG's founder and CEO Joe Monaco will join UPSTACK as Partner and Managing Director; financial terms were not disclosed.

Orion Innovation, a portfolio company of One Equity Partners, has entered into a strategic combination with Sryas, a global technology firm specializing in data management, analytics and application services. The deal adds more than 550 Sryas associates and the Analance analytics platform to Orion, strengthening Orion's telecommunications capabilities and nearshore footprint (notably in Canada).

PeakActivity has acquired Lexima, an eCommerce software agency founded by Lancey Lexima, to strengthen its eCommerce and headless-commerce implementation capabilities. Lexima specializes in Shopify, BigCommerce, Vue.js and Next.js implementations and has worked with clients including 4ocean, The Genie Company, and Charleston Wine + Food.

Prospect Partners recapitalized Entech Computer Services, a Fort Myers-based managed IT and cybersecurity services provider, in a deal alongside Entech management. The partnership will support Entech's regional growth and pursue managed-services add-on acquisitions as the company becomes Prospect Partners' 55th portfolio company.

Cantey Tech Consulting, a Charleston-based IT managed service provider, has acquired Palindrome Consulting, a Hollywood, Florida-based MSP. The deal brings Palindrome's team (including founder Ilan Sredni) into Cantey Tech, expands Cantey Tech's footprint into Florida, and broadens service capabilities for Palindrome’s SMB clients.

Managed services provider iVenture Solutions has acquired Gwanda, a St. Augustine-based IT integrator, to expand its service offerings and geographic footprint across North Florida. Heritage Capital Group acted as exclusive financial advisor to iVenture; terms were not disclosed.

Funds managed by Kelso & Company acquired a majority interest in Emtec, Inc., a Jacksonville-based IT consulting and digital services firm. The transaction closed in August 2022; Emtec's existing management (led by CEO Sunil Misra) remains in place and continues as significant investors while Kelso provides capital to accelerate growth and broaden capabilities.

Avance Investment Management, a middle-market private equity firm, made a strategic (minority) investment in RIA Advisory to support the company’s growth and expansion of its revenue management offerings. RIA Advisory’s founder and management team will remain in place as the capital will be used to diversify capabilities, expand into new verticals and accelerate international growth.

Keystone Capital Management completed a growth investment in Novatio Solutions, a hyperautomation consultancy that provides RPA and intelligent automation strategy, implementation, and managed services. The partnership will help Novatio scale its delivery capabilities across enterprise, healthcare, and SLED clients; terms were not disclosed.
