Flint Group, a Kansas City–based residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical home-services platform backed by General Atlantic, acquired Air Around the Clock, a South Florida HVAC+ services provider. The deal was advised by Transworld M&A Advisors and closed about 60 days after the letter of intent was signed.
