Convergint announced its acquisition of JSC Systems, a Jacksonville, Florida provider of fire and life safety, security, and communications solutions. The deal will make JSC Systems a wholly owned Convergint subsidiary and expand Convergint’s end-to-end integrated infrastructure capabilities across the Southeast.
