Palmetto Air & Water Balance, LLC acquired SMI Group, a testing, adjusting and balancing (TAB) services provider based in Jacksonville, Florida. The acquisition expands Palmetto’s Florida presence and strengthens its ability to serve healthcare, education, commercial, institutional, and industrial end markets. SMI’s former owner Lyndon McGill will continue with Palmetto and remain involved in Jacksonville operations.
