Real Brokerage Inc. (Real) agreed to acquire RE/MAX Holdings, Inc. in a transaction that will combine Real’s AI-powered brokerage platform with RE/MAX’s global franchised brand network. Securityholders approved the deal, and the Supreme Court of British Columbia granted final approval for the arrangement; the parties expected closing shortly thereafter (expected on August 24, 2026).
