ContinuServe announced it has acquired The Restaurant Intelligence Solution (TRIS), a St. Petersburg, Florida-based consulting and services firm focused on Restaurant365 implementation, optimization, and restaurant operations transformation. The deal expands ContinuServe’s restaurant-focused capabilities beyond finance and back-office work into broader restaurant operational workflows, with TRIS President Jason Gray continuing to support clients during the transition.
