I-care Group, a predictive maintenance and reliability solutions provider, acquired Amiral Technologies, a Grenoble-based deep-tech company behind the DiagFit AI platform. The deal integrates Amiral’s DiagFit technology (and associated R&D and sales teams) into I-care’s AI-enhanced predictive maintenance offering, including progressive integration into I-see.
