Pomeroy Technologies, LLC has completed its acquisition and integration of Soroc Technology, a Woodbridge, Ontario–based full-service IT solutions provider. The deal expands Pomeroy’s North American footprint and service delivery capabilities, creating a combined organization with enhanced infrastructure, talent and managed-service offerings to better serve enterprise and mid-market clients.
