Trace3 Acquires Zivaro

Trace3 has acquired Denver-based Zivaro to expand its government, public sector and critical infrastructure capabilities and will create a new Trace3 Government vertical. Zivaro will operate as "Zivaro, a Trace3 Company" in the near term and full integration is expected in Q2 2025; financial terms were not disclosed.
