Provident Acquisition Corp., a special purpose acquisition company, completed its business combination with Perfect Corp., a provider of AR and AI SaaS solutions for the beauty and fashion industries. The combined company will operate as Perfect Corp. and began trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbols PERF and PERF WS on October 31, 2022, providing the company access to public capital to expand its AR/AI SaaS offerings and industry coverage.

BuildOps Acquires PWSWARE (PerfectWare Solutions & Shark Byte CRM)

BuildOps, a Santa Monica–based construction SaaS platform, has acquired PWSWARE—the parent company of PerfectWare Solutions and Shark Byte CRM—to expand its field service, project management and CRM capabilities for commercial contractors. The deal follows BuildOps' $50 million funding round led by 01 Advisors and Fika Ventures and is intended to strengthen BuildOps' sales and service offerings for enterprise-level and private equity-backed service businesses.

TransPerfect Acquires Plint Studio in the Netherlands
