intive Acquires Spark Digital

intive has acquired Spark Digital, a founder-led digital consulting, design, and development provider serving Media & Entertainment and EdTech clients, to strengthen intive’s North American and LATAM digital transformation capabilities. The transaction gives intive a full U.S. footprint and adds Spark Digital’s nearshore delivery, AI/ML, data analytics and cloud capabilities; Spark Digital will continue to be led by co-founders Chris Cali and Francisco Amadeo. Canaccord Genuity served as exclusive financial advisor to Spark Digital.
