The acquisition brings Acorn's eDiscovery expertise and client relationships into Array's platform; Kenyon Group served as exclusive financial advisor to Acorn.

The funding will support recruitment of more barristers and instructions and further investment in TBG's proprietary Chambers365 technology; LDC partners will join the board.
