LDC, the private equity investor part of Lloyds Banking Group, has made a minority growth investment in tech‑enabled legal services group The Barrister Group (TBG), backing co‑founders Harry Hodgkin and Stephen Ward and the existing management team. The funding will support recruitment of more barristers and instructions and further investment in TBG's proprietary Chambers365 technology; LDC partners will join the board.
