Sylogist Ltd. (TSX: SYZ) acquired all outstanding shares of Mission CRM Ltd., a SaaS fundraising and donor engagement platform, in a transaction that closed October 6, 2021 for CAD 2.67 million plus an earnout tied to revenue milestones. The deal brings Mission CRM's Microsoft Dynamics 365-based fundraising capabilities and existing customer base into Sylogist's portfolio to accelerate product integration and growth in the nonprofit market.

Sylogist Ltd. Acquires Municipal Accounting Systems (MAS)

Sylogist Ltd. (TSXV: SYZ), through its subsidiary Sylogist USA Inc., acquired Municipal Accounting Systems, Inc. (MAS), an Oklahoma-based provider of K-12 student information and school accounting software, for CAD 37.8 million (subject to working capital adjustments). The deal is immediately accretive to Sylogist, expands its K-12 SaaS offerings (MAS serves ~85% of Oklahoma districts and ~500 districts overall), and was financed with 50% cash and the remainder drawn on Sylogist's credit facility as the company simultaneously expanded that facility to CAD 75 million.

Pavlov Media Acquires Singularity

The acquisition gives Pavlov an IPTV/middleware platform to enhance content delivery and streaming experiences for its multi-family and residential customers.

Velosio Acquires Synergy Business Solutions
