Victor Capital Partners Acquires Specialty Fenestration Group

Victor Capital Partners, a middle-market private equity firm, has acquired Specialty Fenestration Group, a Houston-based designer and manufacturer of transaction and high-security window and door solutions (including the Quikserv and U.S. Bullet Proofing brands). The investment — financed in part by Sound Point Capital Management and Fidelity Direct Lending — is intended to support product innovation, market expansion and scaling of the platform; River Associates completed the sale to Victor Capital.
