Metro Printed Products Powered By Proforma has acquired Promotion Concepts Inc., a $3 million promotional products distributor based in Kalamazoo, Michigan, effective Jan. 1, 2025. The deal will integrate Promotion Concepts' operations into Metro Printed Products to expand print capabilities and streamline client solutions while retaining continuity with the former owner's daughter, Ashlyn Powers, joining the team.

Blue Point-Backed Transtar Acquires Pro Form Products

Transtar Holding Company, a Blue Point Capital Partners portfolio company, has acquired Pro Form Products, an Ontario-based manufacturer of refinishing and repair products for automotive, aviation, industrial and marine applications. Pro Form will operate as a subsidiary of Transtar Autobody Technologies as the acquisition expands Transtar's product line, geographic coverage across the U.S. and Canada, and entry into new end-markets.

BRANDITO Acquires Inkwell Global Marketing

BRANDITO, a Richmond-based marketing services platform, has acquired Inkwell Global Marketing, a full-service promotional merchandise agency headquartered in Manalapan, New Jersey. The deal expands BRANDITO's promotional products capabilities and deepens its presence in the Northeast; Inkwell's CEO will remain in an advisory role and its Manalapan office and distribution center will continue operations. This is BRANDITO's second acquisition since receiving a strategic growth investment from Monroe Street Partners in August 2023.

Proforma Spectrum Graphics Acquires DataGuide

New Jersey–headquartered Proforma Spectrum Graphics, an affiliate of Proforma, has acquired DataGuide, a Boston-based printing and promotional products distributor. Financial terms were not disclosed; DataGuide does more than $3 million in annual revenue and the purchase is part of Proforma Spectrum owner Jay Vento's plan to grow the business toward $25 million in annual sales.

Keypoint Intelligence Acquires ProPrintPerformance

The deal is an add-on acquisition to Keypoint Intelligence (which is PE-backed by Atar Capital) intended to expand Keypoint's consulting, training and sales enablement platform capabilities and broaden its global footprint in the production print market.
