San Francisco-based private equity firm Banneker Partners acquired Xytech, a provider of facility management software for the broadcast and media industries, in a transaction announced January 5, 2022 (closing reported December 30, 2021). The investment is intended to accelerate product innovation, scale operational delivery and expand Xytech's customer penetration and global market reach while the existing CEO, Richard Gallagher, continues in his role.
