Versaterm Public Safety, a Banneker Partners portfolio company, has acquired Komutel, a Canadian developer of 9-1-1 communications software and NG9-1-1 middleware. Versaterm plans to integrate Komutel's solutions with its vCAD offering to streamline call-to-dispatch workflows and support the industry-wide transition to all-digital NG9-1-1 infrastructure; deal terms were not disclosed.
