Versaterm Public Safety acquired Adashi Systems LLC to integrate Adashi’s Critical Incident & Command (C&C), Alert and RollCall solutions into Versaterm’s CAD platform, enhancing capabilities for police, fire and EMS customers. The deal, announced June 14, 2021, is the first in a planned slate of strategic acquisitions to expand Versaterm’s public safety suite; financial terms were not disclosed.

Versaterm Public Safety Acquires JusticeTrax

Versaterm Public Safety, a Banneker Partners–backed public safety software company, has acquired JusticeTrax, a Mesa, Arizona–based developer of laboratory information management systems (LIMS) for forensic science. The acquisition extends Versaterm’s vRMS platform capabilities into forensic laboratory operations and will see JusticeTrax integrated into Versaterm’s product suite while continuing to be offered as a standalone solution.

Versaterm plans to integrate Komutel's solutions with its vCAD offering to streamline call-to-dispatch workflows and support the industry-wide transition to all-digital NG9-1-1 infrastructure; deal terms were not disclosed.

The acquisition adds FivePoint's FocalPoint, StreetSmart and CaseWorX products to Versaterm's CAD and RMS ecosystem to improve interoperability, data exchange and situational awareness for law enforcement and judicial customers.

Versaterm Public Safety Acquires CI Technologies (IAPro)

Versaterm Public Safety acquired CI Technologies, the maker of IAPro, BlueTeam, EIPro and MakeNOTE, to integrate professional standards, internal affairs and early intervention software into its public safety ecosystem. The deal strengthens Versaterm's product suite for law enforcement agencies by adding capabilities for internal affairs, supervisory oversight and early intervention to improve operational efficiency and accountability.
