The acquisition will integrate Street Smart's real-time crime mapping, situational bulletins and geo-coded collaboration tools into FivePoint's officer and school safety and data-integration platform to expand capabilities for law enforcement customers.

Versaterm Public Safety Acquires JusticeTrax

The acquisition extends Versaterm’s vRMS platform capabilities into forensic laboratory operations and will see JusticeTrax integrated into Versaterm’s product suite while continuing to be offered as a standalone solution.

The acquisition (announced Jan. 19, 2023) expands Versaterm's mobile and digital-evidence capabilities while the existing Visual Labs team will remain with the business.
