Buyers Edge Platform has acquired ArrowStream, a leading foodservice supply chain management SaaS provider, from Tailwind Capital. ArrowStream's cloud platform — which connects thousands of distributors, suppliers and restaurant locations — will operate as a Buyers Edge platform company to expand the buyer's supply chain visibility and analytics capabilities; terms were not disclosed.
