Envase Technologies Acquires Tailwind Transportation Software

Envase Technologies, backed by The Firmament Group, acquired Tailwind Transportation Software to add freight brokerage and over-the-road trucking functionality to its intermodal TMS platform. The acquisition also strengthens Envase's presence in the Canadian market and brings Tailwind's ~500 customers and product suite onto the Envase platform.
