Envase Technologies Acquires SecurSpace

Envase Technologies, a Firmament-backed provider of cloud-based transportation management software, acquired SecurSpace, a gate management and parking/storage marketplace for the intermodal supply chain. The acquisition integrates SecurSpace’s marketplace and Gate Management System into Envase’s TMS platform to expand capabilities for drayage carriers and yard operators across the United States.

Envase Technologies Acquires Tailwind Transportation Software

Envase Technologies, backed by The Firmament Group, acquired Tailwind Transportation Software to add freight brokerage and over-the-road trucking functionality to its intermodal TMS platform. The acquisition also strengthens Envase's presence in the Canadian market and brings Tailwind's ~500 customers and product suite onto the Envase platform.

Envase Technologies Acquires Infosite Technologies

Firmament-backed Envase Technologies acquired Montreal-area TMS vendor Infosite Technologies to expand its intermodal transportation software suite and strengthen its presence in Canada. The deal adds several hundred customers to Envase’s platform and is Envase’s fourth acquisition in six months, supported by financial partner The Firmament Group.

WiseTech Global Acquires Envase Technologies

WiseTech Global acquired Envase Technologies for US$230 million from private investment firm Firmament and a small number of other sellers. Envase, a Long Beach, California-based provider of transport management system software for intermodal trucking, drayage and landside logistics, serves more than 1,300 North American customers and was expected to generate about US$35 million of revenue in 2023; the deal is being funded with 70% cash and 30% new WiseTech shares.

Firmament Acquires NASCENT Technology

Firmament Makes Majority Investment in Navitrans

Firmament has made a majority investment in Navitrans, the Kortrijk, Belgium-based provider of transportation and warehouse management software, with Valsoft remaining as a minority shareholder and Navitrans management remaining in place. The capital will support product development, management initiatives and strategic acquisitions as Navitrans expands its presence across European logistics service providers.
