As part of the transaction Tom Woodruff was named CEO; the capital will be used to invest in technical resources, geographic expansion and M&A activity.

Soundcore Capital Partners has formed Door & Dock Holdings and made initial investments in Top Notch Dock & Door, Top Notch Garage Door and Premier Overhead Doors, all based in Oakwood, Georgia. O2 Sponsor Finance provided $12 million of senior secured credit facilities to support the platform formation and these acquisitions as part of a buy-and-build strategy to expand overhead door, dock leveler and access control installation, repair and maintenance services across the Southeast.

Guardian Capital Partners has formed a new platform, North American Door & Dock, and completed the initial acquisition of American Overhead Door & Dock, LLC, a Levittown, Pennsylvania-based commercial door and loading-dock services provider.
