PatientCare EMS Solutions, a portfolio company of A&M Capital Partners (Alvarez & Marsal Capital), has acquired MedFleet Ambulance Service, an ALS/BLS and stretcher transport provider operating in Hernando, Pasco, Pinellas and Polk counties in Florida. The deal is an add-on to expand PatientCare's footprint and strengthen its interfacility transport capabilities in the Southeastern United States.
