Empress Ambulance Service, a PatientCare EMS Solutions company, acquired certain assets of Mobile Life Support Services, Inc. on June 14, 2023. The deal (which follows Empress's April 30, 2023 acquisition of assets of Rockland Mobile Care) expands Empress/PatientCare's presence across the Hudson Valley and strengthens relationships with municipal and hospital clients.
